Giusto Faravelli SpA is among the winners of the Italian edition of the Best Managed Companies Award.
Now in its third edition, the initiative is promoted by Deloitte to support and reward Italian companies that have distinguished themselves for organizational capacity, strategy and performance. The six pillars on which Deloitte conducted its analysis were in fact: Strategy, Skills and Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Commitment and Corporate Culture, Governance and Performance Measurement, Internationalization.
After a long evaluation process, on 14 September Deloitte announced the names of the Italian companies that won the 2020 edition and Giusto Faravelli Spa is there!
“The satisfaction is great! Being among the 59 nationally awarded companies is a result we aspired to, but which we knew was not easy to achieve: there are so many companies in Italy that work under the sign of excellence and the “competition” has been fierce. The evaluation process was long, demanding, even particular given the circumstances dictated by the pandemic, but compelling. It has in fact allowed us to focus even more on the characteristics that make Faravelli a company of excellence, but also on the points on which it will be necessary to work more in the future to improve more and more “- according to Luca Benati, CEO of Faravelli -” It is a recognition that goes to all our collaborators and to the work always carried out with great commitment and dedication. I think we can all be proud.”
“Congratulations to Giusto Faravelli SpA” declared Ernesto Lanzillo, Private Leader for Italy, Greece and Malta, and Andrea Restelli, Deloitte Partner and Head of BMC “The companies awarded in this third edition have shown not only excellence, but also great ability and resilience in dealing with the crisis caused by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. In fact, the evaluation of the candidates lasted longer than expected precisely to allow us to investigate the methods of emergency management by the candidates. The 59 Best Managed Companies of this edition are therefore the mirror of an Italy made up of excellence which, leveraging its strengths and through careful management, is successfully overcoming an unprecedented period of uncertainty “.
