Abstract
The Overture™ is the first robotic peptide library synthesizer that cansynthesize multiple scales in the same synthesis. In addition, it canalso synthesize high purity peptides greater than 15-20 amino acidsin length. In this article, the 65-74 fragment of the acyl carrier protein(65-74ACP) was synthesized on the Overture™ at the 5 and 20 mmolscales simultaneously, and the 31-mer C-peptide was synthesized onthe Overture™ with similar crude purity as the non-robotic Symphony®.
