Abstract
Dietary supplements have become more and more popular over the last years. In particular, vitamins are animportant class of compounds. The range of products available in the internet and shops is remarkable, but needs a certaincontrol to confirm quality and quantity of the ingredients. A very fast and reliable technique to identify and quantify vitamins is separation and detection by LCMS (liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometric detection).
