Evonik Industries has acquired the preciousmetal powder catalysts business of RavindraHeraeus Pvt. Limited, Udaipur (Rajasthan,India) on June 3, 2010. As stipulated in theagreement, all know-how, technology, andbusiness relationships with catalyst customerswill pass from Ravindra Heraeus to Evonik,while the production equipment will remainwith the Indian company.
