Over the past months, we have been working intensively to offer you and all other exhibitors from all over the world with ACHEMA 2022 in April next year a successful and wide-reaching platform as usual.
With an exciting congress programme, excellent international exhibitor participation, a wealth of innovations and trend topics and, of course, a well-thought-out health and safety concept coordinated with the authorities, all the signs seemed to point to success.
However, given the current uncertain pandemic situation with renewed travel restrictions, we see a stable attendee base for ACHEMA in spring 2022 increasingly in question. Therefore, after intensive discussions with the ACHEMA exhibitor committee, we decided to postpone ACHEMA 2022 again by four months to late summer next year.
According to previous understanding, the time window at the end of August may not be a classic trade show date. Under COVID19 conditions, however, this date offers the best possible guarantee that ACHEMA 2022 can be held reliably, safely and with a good – especially international – response fromattendees. The new date provides you with the utmost planning certainty for your participation in the trade show. Furthermore, a postponement of only a few months also means that the initial effort you
have invested in the event so far will not have been in vain. We know that this date is not perfect in every respect, as the chosen time window affects the school holidays of some countries. Nevertheless, the date at the end of summer has been selected so that visitors from countries that traditionally go on a summer holiday in July/August can also participate without giving up their family holidays.
We are convinced that with the new time window of 22 – 26 August 2022, we have found a trade show date that has every chance of giving the industry a powerful forward impulse and bringing together all those who are eager to meet in person again finally. We very much hope to count you among our exhibitors on this new date as well.
Should you not wish to do so, please let us know within one month, latest by 14 January 2022. In this case, you will receive a refund of the installment rates paid for your stand rental as well as the visitor flat-rate fee. If we do not hear from you by this date, we assume that we will welcome you to the Frankfurt exhibition grounds in August 2022. All other agreements made, particularly your stand location, remain valid under these conditions.
