Starting December 16, 2021, the Mineral Specialties Division is independent from the SEQENS Group and continues its own journey under the leadership of its management and with the strong support of its current investors/private equity firms.
The entity’s three existing business units, Novacarb (including its upstream and energy production assets), Novabion, and Novabay will pursue their operations and further development under the newly created Humens Group banner.

As a leader in mineral specialties, we produce sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and derivatives in France and Singapore to address demanding market needs in healthcare, personal care/homecare, food/feed, environmental, and other industries.
