From the 4th to 6th of April 2017 the in-cosmetics global was held in the UK at the ExCel London. For the 9th time Cosphatec presented new and innovative raw materials, this year with the biggest booth yet in Cosphatec history. The great location attracted many customers – existing and new ones – and made this fair already a highlight of the year 2017.

Tuesday morning Dr. Carsten Dietz opened the Formulation Lab sessions with his workshop about “The natural way against acne”. The amazing potential of Cosphaderm^® Magnolia Extract 98 was presented, which is used in traditional medicine for more than 2,000 years. Aside from its wonderful antimicrobial efficiency, the strong performance against acne causing germs makes this product certainly attractive for cosmetic formulators. The participants actively created a cold emulsifying cream with a wonderful skin feeling and high tolerance for all skin types.

Wednesday afternoon at the Innovation Zone Demonstration Cosphatec introduced the high potential of the vegan and highly transparent Xanthan Gums Cosphaderm^® X 34/Cosphaderm^® X soft as well as the natural gelling substance Cosphaderm^® KG and their fantastic interaction which leads to the formation of elastic jelly gels.

All in all, for Cosphatec the fair was a great success with many international visitors during all events as well as fantastic talks at the booth. The freshly brewed coffee specialties at the booth were very well received by customers as well as the Cosphatec-Team and enriched our days.
