During the Fi Europe 2017 in Frankfurt, FrieslandCampina DMV will reveal their latest new product innovation ‘Nutri Whey Hydro’. This will further strengthen their extensive dairy protein portfolio of intact and hydrolyzed proteins specifically developed for performance and lifestyle nutrition.
The performance nutrition segment has seen a significant growth over the last years and is forecasted to remain growing at a fast pace for the coming years with dairy protein in the lead. Key drivers for this segment are main streaming, leading to a broader consumer base and increased variety of product formats being offered, and also new occasions to consume protein such as overnight recovery.
Consumers are becoming increasingly aware and serious about their sporting performance and after sport recovery. They more and more understand the role of high quality protein for optimal recovery and performance.
