The OQEMA Group has acquired German based Claus Nitsche & Sohn GmbH and will integrate the company moving forward.
With over 60 years in the industry, Claus Nitsche & Sohn GmbH focuses on high-quality essential oils, natural flavours, fragrances ingredients and innovative ingredients solutions. This product scope is a perfect complement to OQEMA’s Flavour & Fragrance range.
Morton Schmidt, who has successfully managed Claus Nitsche & Sohn GmbH for the past eleven years and will be co-leading the company in the future, said: ‘We are sure we have found the perfect partner in OQEMA, who represents our values and is simply a good fit for us. Nitsche will initially act independently within the OQEMA Group, combining the long-lasting expertise in the field of organic-certified essential oils and conventional natural essential oils as well as natural aromatic isolates with the international network of customers and suppliers of the OQEMA Group.
