The conference will be organized in cooperation between ILPS (International Lecicthin and Phospholipid Society) and Protein Plus from St. Petersburg at the Kuban State University of Krasnodar

The conference program covers many topics about alternative raw materials for phospholipid production, phospholipid processing, medical and nutritional application, analytical issues and a market survey. Simultaneous translation Russian/English is provided.

The Krasnodar region is famous for its oil seed harvesting and processing industry, nicely located in the proximity of the Black Sea with a mild and sunny autumn climate. The Kuban State University is well-known for its lipid and phospholipid research and technology.
Highlights of the attractive social program are sightseing tours through Krasnodar and an optional excursion to Sochi with visiting the Olympic sites.

The scientific committee has started to accept abstracts for communications and presentations.

The Conference fee is 300 Euro for the scientific sessions; the optional social program includes a 1.5 day tour to Sotchi at 150 Euro.
