Pressure Chemical is pleased to introduce the addition of our new 50 gallon glass lined reactor, equipped with CUMULUS® PX100 Fluid Temperature Control process cooling equipment, and SYLTHERM XLTTM heat transfer fluid. This equipment provides fast and accurate cooling of process fluids, with temperatures and pressures ranging from -76°F/52psi to 450°F/150psi. As a result, this allows us to achieve greater results in chemistries that require excellent temperature control, and assists in effectively controlling exotherms, improving isomer selectivity as well as limiting side reactions.
Pressure Chemical is a specialty chemical manufacturer, who has provided process development, piloting, scale up and manufacturing services to the chemical industry for over 50 years. In addition to our new low temperature equipment, our facility boasts a range of equipment constructed of Glass, Glasteel, Stainless Steel, Hastelloy and Nickel and ranging in capacity from 300mL to 1,000 gallons. Our capabilities include full vacuum to 10,000 psi, and -60°C to 450°C depending on the equipment, as well as distillation capabilities at the 200L and the 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 gallon scale. Pressure Chemical is well versed in a wide variety of chemistries, with specializations including block co-polymers, hydrogenation, hydroformylation, alkoxylation, polymerization, lubricant and cosmetic esters and olefin selective chemistry.
