After few days the  CNBC TV 18 titled “Sun Pharma to sell OHM labs site at New Jersey at $100M” and the Bombay Stock Exchange has asked clarification to the company

Sun pharma has sent a note stating: “Sun Pharma continues to evaluate its global operational footprint on an ongoing basis. As and when there are material developments, if any, we will make the required disclosures”

Ohm Laboratories which has manufacturing facilities for oral solids  became a part of Sun Pharma following its Ranbaxy acquisition in 2015.

Sun Pharma has 47 manufacturing sites around the world including five in the US.
