Abstract
Nowaday global detergency market is consistently moving towards high concentrated detergents which are well accepted from the end consumers both for their limited environmental impact (less plastic used for the packaging, reduced production of CO2), and for their ease of use. In this paper is experimentally demonstrated how an innovative superconcentrated FAES with 7 moles ethoxylation helps the formulators to develop high performing concentrated cleansers, improving the cost effectiveness of the formulation.
INTRODUCTION
Sustainable Development is commonly defined as the development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs (1).
Soaps, detergents and maintenance products play a vital role in ensuring cleanliness and hygiene and are essential for the health and the quality of life, but these products also require energy and water, not just in the way they are produced but even more in the way that consumers use them (2).
