Abstract
A new strong cation exchange resin, Amberlite™FPX62, was evaluated for the capture and concentration ofpeptides. The results demonstrated excellent binding capacityfor a range of peptides, even in higher solvent concentrations.Finally, a method was successfully developed for the captureand concentration of a crude insulin feed stream.
