Once again, personal care ingredients suppliers, formulators, R&D and marketing specialists from around the world are set to come together at this year’s in-cosmetics trade show. Personally speaking, it will be the 15th time I attend as an enthusiastic visitor. Over the years, the in-cosmetics trade show has gone through some major changes. It has become bigger, more influential and more international, and the fact that it is held in a different venue every year ensures a unique, vibrant atmosphere. But there is one thing that remains consistent and unites us all year in, year out: the quest for even better personal care products.
For myself and the entire cosmetic community, an essential part of this quest is exploring new ways that personal care products can help improve consumers’ everyday lives. In order to drive this, we are always thinking about the moments when people engage with personal care products and brands. We work tirelessly to develop personal care ingredients and final formulations that offer much more than market-leading properties.
