48^TH International Symposium on High-Performance Liquid Phase Separations and Related Techniques, HPLC 2019 – Milan, Italy, 16-20 June 2019

The 48^th edition of International Symposium on High-Performance Liquid Phase Separations and Related Techniques, organized logistically by Effetti Srl (http://www.effetti.it/), a communication agency based in Milan, attracted a total of 1300 visitors from 58 countries (majority from Italy and Germany) to the University of Milano-Bicocca – first time ever in Italy. From 16 to 20 June 2019, a total of 46 exhibitors presented the innovative and practical aspects of their separation techniques; 496 posters displayed (topics were wide ranging- from sample preparation to SFC to forensic and food analysis, with 12 best poster award), vendor seminars, short courses and from 6 to 7 scientific sessions in parallel.
