I’ve been in Icrom since a few months only, coming from various experiences in the API world and from larger organizations. Working in Icrom is very exciting as I was not expecting such a big push for new investments and this is making my work here more interesting than ever. As a matter of fact, I have been immediately involved in solving the capacity issues deriving from the large number of new projects that get transferred from the R&D to Production, especially after the establishment of the new R&D Centre last April 2018 (see article in Chemistry Today – vol. 36(3) May/June 2018, pag. 14).
