CTC, Centre of Hair Care Technology, is now fully part of the Zurko Research Group. The acquisition of CTC, has been officially announced today and we thrilled to announce the expansion into scalp and haircare studies.
“This acquisition allows us to broaden Zurko’s horizons, acquiring a deep knowledge about scalp and haircare products evaluation. In the last nearly two years, we have dedicated ourselves to the integration of the team and we have been able to master and expand our knowledge in the scalp and hair area. The acquisition and integration process has just been completed and CTC is now a full member of the Zurko Research Group”, explains Sabina Giovannini, General Manager of the Zurko Research Group.
Alfonso Fernandez, technical director of CTC, adds that “the acquisition of CTC by Zurko Research is an enormous opportunity for our company.
